Shipping times listed are approximate and are affected by the current global health crisis. In most cases, shipping is quicker than the estimated delivery times, but at times packages may receive less tracking updates or may take longer than the estimated delivery times.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Customers will be accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
If the order arrives at your country and:
- The customer refuses to accept the package;
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package;
- The package does not clear customs;

Refunds and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from when your item was delivered as confirmed by our shipping partners to start a return, and only covers the following situations:
Customer package has been lost in transit (as determined by confirmation from our shipping partners)Item received is damaged or not-as-described.Incorrect item is received.
Our refund policy only applies to the above listed situations. Any other refunds are at the discretion of our customer service team.

If possible, when a product is received in damaged or not-as-described condition, or an incorrect item is received, we will reship your order to you at no additional cost. However, if we cannot reship your order due to item stock issues, we will provide a full refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you do not receive your package (due to shipping delays, package lost in transit, etc.), you have 60 days from when you receive your order confirmation to reach out to us to request a replacement item. All replacement shipments are at the discretion of our customer service team. All requests beyond the 60 day request window will not be honored.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
